*A clinical hour is common practice in the therapy world; it schedules you for 50 minutes of one-on-one time, and leaves Alyssa with 10 minutes at the end of session to updates notes which are legally required after each session.

Individual Therapy - $170 *per clinical hour
Bookings are available for 50 minutes, 75 minutes and 100 minutes (by request only).
Expressive Art Therapy - $170 *per clinical hour
Bookings are available for 50 minutes, 75 minutes and 100 minutes (by request only).
Spiritual Counsel - $170 *per clinical hour
This services is listed as "individual therapy" in my online booking portal. Bookings are available for 50 minutes, 75 minutes and 100 minutes (by request only).
Couples Therapy - $200 *per clinical hour
Alyssa is currently unable to accept new couples to her practice; you are welcome to reach out and inquire about being placed on the waiting list.
Taxes and Insurance
Thanks to changes made at the federal level, HST is no longer required for psychotherapy services; meaning all of our work together will be tax free!

As a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, these services are often covered by your healthcare provider. It is recommended to investigate your coverage before your first appointment. All services will be billed directly to the client and can be claimed for reimbursement
